About

Meet the Team

We are extremely proud of our dedicated team. We hire only the best and most experienced employees to become a part of our team here at Triovet Veterinary Practice. Our team is filled with highly dedicated animal lovers who are well trained at their jobs. They will do anything possible for their patients and the owners who love them.

Our Veterinarians

Adrian Dodoiu

I have worked tirelessly as a veterinary surgeon for more than a decade, and as the sole director, owner and head vet of Triovet, I’ve dedicated my life to providing essential animal care to the communities I serve. It’s a privilege to be part of this one, where I can combine my professional expertise with my passion for helping animals and the people who love them.

While my work keeps me busy, I treasure the rare moments away from the clinics to spend time with my family and friends. Their support has been invaluable throughout my journey, and they remind me why I do what I do every day.

Ciprian Olteanu

I qualified as a veterinary surgeon in Bucharest, Romania, and after several years of clinical practice there, I have continued my career in small-animal medicine here in the UK. Alongside my professional work, I am very passionate about football and currently coordinate an international six-a-side league for veterinary colleagues in Bucharest. Outside of my practice and sporting commitments, I cherish spending meaningful time with my wife and young son.

Razvan Mihailescu

I joined the Triovet family in 2020 as a veterinary surgeon, and since then I’ve become a proud part of the team, working hard across every area of my job. It’s been an incredible journey growing from a shy new vet into a highly skilled, quick thinking professional.

Last year I celebrated my wedding to my wonderful wife, and when I’m not working, we love spending time together travelling. I’ve always loved animals of every kind, and you’ll often find me giving plenty of cuddles to our patients.

Our Nurses and Animal Care Assistants

Chloe Abbott

I joined Triovet in 2025 as an Animal Care Assistant and love being part of a team dedicated to providing the best care for every patient. At home, I have a busy and happy household with my two wonderful kids, four cats, and two rabbits. Working with animals has always been my passion, and I feel lucky to turn that passion into a career every day.

Lauren Carter

I first stepped into practice 24 years ago and I’ve never looked back! After qualifying as a registered veterinary nurse, I rapidly progressed to head nurse, clinical coach, supervisor and clinic manager, and throughout, my favourite aspect of the veterinary world has always been emergency and critical care. Over the years I’ve loved and nurtured all kinds of animals without fail: foxes, hedgehogs, squirrels, birds of all types, rabbits, cats, and dogs.

When I’m not caring for poorly patients or supporting new vet nurses, I’m a busy mum to my two boys and stepchildren, and of course, I can’t forget my five crazy cats, all rescues and rehabilitations!

Jesse Ingram

I had always dreamed of working in the veterinary field and I’m now studying to become a fully qualified small animal veterinary nurse. I have a particular passion for caring for all things fluffy and hope to expand my skills into exotic pet nursing in the future. At home, I am surrounded by my own much-loved animals, including guinea pigs, ponies, dogs, and even a tortoise. Outside of work, I love reading, being outdoors, photography and, most of all, eating!

Evie Rudolph

I became part of the Triovet team in 2022 and am currently training to qualify as a veterinary nurse. Caring for animals has been my passion since childhood and I feel fortunate to be building a career where I can support their wellbeing every day. At home, I share life with my energetic spaniel, who is a constant reminder of why I love the work I do. I’m very close to my family and equally value the wonderful “work family” I have here at Triovet. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and have a keen interest in cars. I always make time for the hobbies and passions that bring balance and happiness to my life.

Holly Sawer

I have over 13 years global veterinary nursing experience in small animal practice and wildlife care (including hand rearing Hairy-nosed Wombats in Australia!) I have also trained as an Information Scientist for VPIS and the Animal Poison Line. When I’m not at work, I kept extremely busy with my 28 rescue pets!

Jodie Woollard

With over 12 years of experience as a dedicated veterinary nurse, I joined Triovet in 2018 and have been passionate about providing the best care for every animal ever since. Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to one wonderful daughter and share my home with two lively dogs. Horses have always been a big part of my life, and I love spending my free time around them whenever I can.

Our Administration and Support Team

Kerry Allen

Before recently joining Triovet I had a long career working with children and the elderly and now I love being part of the Chatteris practice reception team. I am the proud mum to two dogs and love nothing more than taking them for walks at the weekends.

Grace Clarke

I am a regular face on Trio’s Chatteris reception (can you spot the difference between me and my twin sister who I work alongside?!) I have been part of the Trio team for just over a year now and they have supported me both professionally and personally during that time – a genuine work family that I am proud to be a part of. I’m a mother of three, with two handsome boys and a beautiful daughter. My personal life is busy but simple – I love just being with them and our Rottweilers Nala and Balco!

Alexandru Dodoiu

I have been part of Triovet since helping to open the Chatteris practice in 2018, and I enjoy supporting our clinical team behind the scenes. As a big dog enthusiast, I don’t currently have the lifestyle to own one myself, but I make up for it by giving plenty of fuss and affection to all the wonderful pets who visit and stay with us.

Eve Knight

I joined the Triovet team in September after recently qualifying as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. My background is in equine practice, but I’ve always been passionate about transitioning into small animal nursing, so I’m delighted to be pursuing this path here. Outside of work, I enjoy spending most of my time caring for and riding my horse.

Amanda Knowles

I’ve been proud to be part of Triovet’s busy administration team since 2021, where I enjoy helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, I’m a devoted cat mum to one beautiful boy and a loving grandmother who cherishes every moment spent with her grandchildren.

Anita Matthews

I have been the familiar face at the front if the Chatteris practice where I support clients and pets every day. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors exploring nature with my three cocker spaniels and enjoying riding my bike wherever and whenever I can.

Kerrie Swannell

I have always had a deep love for animals and at home I share my life with a beautiful long haired cat who certainly knows she’s the princess of the household. After many years working as an Operations Manager, I realised not only how much I missed her during the day, but also how much I would enjoy a career surrounded by animals.
In February 2023, I joined Triovet’s Chatteris practice, and from the very beginning it has felt like being part of a family. I truly value the time I spend with colleagues and clients here, and I also appreciate the days I can work from home, especially with my cat keeping her ever watchful eye on me.

Amy Welland

I live with my husband, 3 gorgeous sons and our Labrador. Around three years ago we experienced a really tough time in our lives and at the same time our dog at the time became incredibly ill and unfortunately we lost her, but during this time the staff at Trio restored my faith in humans: they treated us with kindness, understanding, compassion and sympathy and yet we were stranger! This stuck with me and I thought I’d love to be a part of that team! I’ve been with Trio now as a Receptionist for just over two years (very different from my previous role!) but I love it as much now as the day I started.

Tiggy Whyte

Nothing is more important to me than my furbabies (I guess I should say; aside from my wonderful family, but honestly – my dogs are my world, ssh – don’t tell the family!). I became a client at Triovet around 5 years ago and was very impressed with the Chatteris practice – so much so, when I heard that they were looking at opening a practice in March (more local to me), I knew I had to strike and find a way to join the team! With several years of working as a trainer and then managing customer and client relations for small and large businesses; my role has quickly evolved and I am thrilled to be based in March and have the chance to meet so many of our clients’ pets (and their parents of course!).

Denise Woodley

I have over 22 years’ experience working in the veterinary industry covering everything non-clinical. I’ve enjoyed four wonderful years with Triovet.

At home, my adorable rescue cat keeps me company when I’m not busy spoiling my three grandchildren on the weekends.
